Delivery Timeline:
We thank you for your order, but due to high volume of orders, order dispatch will take upto 48 hours once the order is confirmed and expected delivery will be within 5 - 7 working days from the day of dispatch.
How to initiate a exchange or replacement request:
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. Contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order if you wish to request a return, refund or replacement on any defective, damaged or wrong items, so we can evaluate the issue and help you out promptly. Returns, Refunds, or Replacement on prepaid orders:
- Order cancellation/refund is allowed before dispatch only if the order is not dispatched within 2 working days. if you cancel your order before the order is shipped, the refund will be issued automatically and the payment will take 5-7 days to reflect in the account.
- All exchange and replacement requests are subject to stock availability.
- No refunds and replacements will be considered for international orders placed outside India.
- The customs duty for shipping for all domestic and international orders is to be borne by the customer.
- We will only accept exchange or replacement requests only if the original invoice and packaging are retained.
- We do not accept return or refund requests on any sale or clearance items.
- While our products are based on standardised sizes, these are not one-size-fits-all. We request you to double-check sizing by measuring your little one for a perfect fit before you place an order.
- If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, we request you to refuse the order during delivery. Once we get the product back, we will process the refund. Please note that the reverse shipping cost will be charged.
- If you have received your order and a product(s) is missing, or you’ve received the wrong product, or a damaged product - please contact us within 48 hours with a photo or video. We will replace it to ensure you get what you ordered or issue a refund instead.
- If you are seeking a replacement on your order for the first time (after accepting the delivery) due to sizing issues, get in touch with us. We will then initiate a replacement order with the size of your choice, book the replacement order immediately, and initiate return pick up on the same day. Delivery cost will be chargeable.
- A delivery fee is applicable on every prepaid order placed within India with a value below INR 999. No delivery fee is applicable on any order value above INR 999 within India.
