Pricing & Payment

Bulk orders are invoiced after we confirm stock availability and agree on the final SKU mix. We accept bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), UPI, and standard Shopify checkout for orders up to the Wholesale tier. Institutional orders are handled via invoice.

  • Lead Times & Fulfillment

    All bulk orders are fulfilled through our logistics partner and are subject to the following timelines from order confirmation and payment:

    • Domestic (India): 5–10 business days depending on destination pincode and order size
    • International (UAE, US, UK): Lead times vary by destination and customs processing. We will confirm an estimated delivery window in writing before you commit.

    Tracking details are shared via email once your shipment is dispatched. For large institutional orders, a dedicated point of contact will be assigned.
