We accept exchanges ONLY if you've received items in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from its description on the product detail page on snugbug.co.
Handmade Irregularities and Variations
Variations and irregularities in printings pieces are common due to the nature of the process. Some potential variations include:
- Color Variations: Digital/Screen/HandBlock Printings on fabrics can result in slight variations in color intensity or hue between different prints or batches of fabric. Please note there may be variations in colors due to photography lights and the device used for viewing.
- Print Alignment: The alignment of prints may vary slightly from one bag or pouch to another, adding to the uniqueness of each piece.
- Print Imperfections: Digital/Screen/HandBlock printing requires manual work, and minor imperfections such as ink smudges, inconsistencies in print density, or small gaps in the design may occur.
- Fabric Texture: Differences in fabric texture or weave may affect how the ink adheres to the material, leading to variations in the appearance of the printed design.
- Handcrafted Details: Handcrafted finishing touches such as stitching or embroidery may vary slightly in placement or technique from one item to another.
These variations are part of the charm of handmade products and contribute to their individuality and artisanal appeal.
Our product photos are captured under various lighting conditions to provide an accurate representation. While we strive to showcase each item as true to reality as possible, slight color variations may occur due to differences in phone resolution, camera lenses and individual perspectives.
As part of our return policy, we kindly ask that customers provide an unboxing video when requesting a return or exchange for their purchased item. This video helps us understand the damages if any caused during transit or packaging and act accordingly.
Please email us a photo of the damaged/defective product within 24 hours of receiving your order on snugbugpltd@gmail.com.
Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with tags intact if applicable. It must also be in the original packaging. Once your request is approved, please connect for the return address.
Once item is received, it will go through verification process before an exchange is issued.
We would not be responsible for the loss of shipment while returning the product, or damage to the product incurred during the same.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
